  • Information Session on University Programs and Scholarships for Filipino Students

    Fast Retailing Foundation launched its scholarship program for Filipino students this year.
    Although applications for this year have already closed, we will be holding an information session on university programs and scholarships on October 4 to help more students learn about the value of studying in Japan and the opportunities available for pursuing higher education there.

    This information session is co-hosted with Global Network Project to Promote Study in Japan.

    During the session, participants will be introduced to interdisciplinary programs that have been expanding at Japanese universities in recent years, as well as the Japanese Government (MEXT) scholarship programs and the Fast Retailing Foundation scholarship for studying in Japan.

    Representatives from Kyushu University, The University of Tokyo, and Tohoku University will also participate online to introduce their programs. University representatives and Foundation staff will be available to answer participants’ questions directly.

    The session is primarily intended for Grade 11 and 12 students in the Philippines, but junior high school students and school staff/teachers are also welcome to attend. If you are interested in studying in Japan, we encourage you to join us.

    The event venue (with limited seating capacity) will be in Manila.
