  • Scholarship Program Launches for Filipino Students in 2026

    The Fast Retailing Foundation (FR Foundation) is committed to fostering future global leaders through its Scholarship Program, which currently supports Vietnamese and Indonesian students in pursuing high-quality higher education. The FR Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of Scholarship Programs for Filipino students, commencing in 2026. The outline is as follows(please note that these details are subject to change)

    ■Enrollment Period :

    Spring and Fall 2027

    ■Number of Scholarships :

    Up to approximately 10 students per year

    ■Eligibility (Summary):

    • Applicants must intend to enroll in an English-based undergraduate program at a university designated by the FR Foundation
    • Applicants must have graduated or be expected to graduate from a high school located in the Philippines before entering a Japanese university, and in principle be under 19 years old at the time of enrollment
    • Applicants must hold Filipino nationality throughout the entire period of study
    • At the time of application, applicants must, in principle, have achieved scores at or above the level specified by the FR Foundation in English and academic proficiency tests

    ■Maximum Scholarship Amount :

    JPY 4,000,000 per year

    ■Selection Schedule :

    Registration is scheduled to begin in July 2026
